Regarded as one of the original Oracle licensing experts, he now leads SLC’s work across Oracle and other major software vendors, helping clients save more than $1 billion along the way.

Mr. Boyd brings more than 25 years of IT executive management, licensing and consulting experience to SLC. He began his career in healthcare and has worked as a CIO, director of information systems, network administrator, consultant and HIPAA compliance officer. He has deep experience in software licensing and contract negotiations.

Mr. Rudd brings 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and data analysis to SLC. He has managed infrastructure in multiple industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, utilities and higher education, and is familiar with the unique challenges of each. His deep data experience helps SLC’s clients in analyzing their environments and licensing positions. He has been instrumental in helping clients navigate complex software licensing issues and create the best outcomes.
